Delicate blend with a spicy flavour and aroma that together with its remaining in medium toasted french oak wood, give it pepper, cinnamon, coconut and licorice notes. Great flavours of ripe black fruits on the palate.
La Chateau Sancerre, On the nose it is expressive with floral and fruity notes which follows through onto the palate resulting in a full bodied wine with gooseberry and green fruit most prominent, classic elegance and a long finish.
A deep and bright red violet wine with balanced aromas and red fruit and spice notes. It is refreshing and voluptuous in the mouth, with fine and gentle tannins, while it is clean and expressive in the palate, with a strong character, typicity and a deep finish with soft smoked hues as a result of its ageing in oak barrels.
Made with an unusually high percentage of Petit Verdot, this wine has a delicate yet fruity bouquet with blackberry, boysenberry and a touch of crushed stone. The palate is full of fruit with chalky tannins. A notable thread of acidity adds to the overall structure that will allow this wine to age. A very satisfying Cru Bourgeois.
