This wine is made from a blend of fruit grown in the Goulburn Valley Eastern Australia from our own vineyards. Following delivery and crushing of the grapes during the cool of the night, the Sauvignon Blanc juice was cold settled and racked. An aromatic yeast was used for inocculation and this parcel was cool fermented for 7 days. The resulting wine is fresh and vibrant showing lovely tropical fruit flavours with a hint of typical herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc characters.
Finca Las Moras Dada 1 displays a delicate blend of Malbec and Bonarda grapes which are aged in medium toasted American oak. The result is a lusciously easy drinking red with tons of flavours which include ripe fruit, milk chocolate, spice, and the toasty vanilla oak.
Gold Star Winner 2019/2020. Intense herbaceous aromas of tomato leaf with fresh tropical fruit such a grapefruit, pineapple and mango. It’s a wine with fresh style and a balanced acidity that improves the fruit in the mouth sensation and gives a long pleasant finish.
