Delicate blend with a spicy flavour and aroma that together with its remaining in medium toasted french oak wood, give it pepper, cinnamon, coconut and licorice notes. Great flavours of ripe black fruits on the palate.
Gentle extraction keeps the fruit from being jammy, leaving clean blackcurrant and soft cinnamon notes and softer tannins. Aged in American oak for approximately 8 months, giving the wine a gentle toasted vanilla note throughout.
